Our client is a dynamic & successful Allied Health provider who are looking to welcome a driven & experienced Occupational Therapist to join their established team in a leadership position. This is a community based position offering a mixed caseload and autonomy on your working schedule. The Benefits: Generous Salary of $110,000 - 130,000 Super Professional Development allowance (flexible of individuals needs and preferences) Travel reimbursement off 99 cent per km (no cap) Performance bonus based on maintaining and exceeding KPI’s Dedicate one day of your week to completing administrative tasks and report writing Full control of your work week, choose your schedule with both part-time and full-time hours available Your role will include: Lead a small multidisciplinary team of OTs, SPs etc. Provide training and support when needed and assist in new graduate training/education programs. Deliver therapy sessions in home, school, and community environments - including 4 days of clinic and one day dedicated to administrative tasks. Participate and lead team meetings, supervision and case discussions. Work with a diverse caseload of clients from the community (80% Paediatric and 20% Adult). Requirements: Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Unrestricted working rights in Australia Drivers license and access to own vehicle Interested in this position?
